This integrated approach utilises the Logical Framework Methodology and is applicable to any size or type of project in any environment. Because of its generic nature, it can be integrated with various project management software packages and technical processes
	Project and organisational plans developed with our methodology use our project planning and control process, which follows a sequential set of major planning steps: the Logical Framework, the Stakeholder Analysis, Performance Plans, the Work Breakdown Structure, the Network, the Project Schedule and the Project Budget. THE ORGANISATION

The founder and Managing Director is Kym Davis who has over twenty years of experience in the project management arena and has worked in 23 countries in various project management and consultative capacities.
