our project planning and control process, which follows a sequential set of
major planning steps: the Logical Framework, the Stakeholder Analysis,
Performance Plans, the Work Breakdown Structure, the Network, the Project
Schedule and the Project Budget. |

founder and Managing Director is Kym Davis who has over twenty years of
experience in the project management arena and has worked in 23 countries in
